How to Reschedule a Call: (for expert)

If you need to reschedule a call due to unavailability or an urgent commitment, you can easily manage it through your dashboard. Here’s how:

  1. Access Your Bookings: Go to the Bookings section on your dashboard.

  2. Locate the Call: Find the call you wish to reschedule.

  3. Reschedule the Call: Click on the ‘More Actions’ option and select ‘Reschedule’ as shown in the picture below.





  4. Choose a New Time Slot: You can either allow your follower to choose from your existing availability or provide custom slots based on your next availability as shown below.

  5. Confirm the Reschedule: Once you've set up the new time slots, confirm the reschedule.

Your follower will receive an email with the new time slots. Once they select a slot, the call will be automatically rescheduled.

How to Cancel a Call:

If you need to cancel a scheduled call, follow these steps:

  1. Access Your Bookings: Navigate to the Bookings section on your dashboard.

  2. Locate the Call: Find the call you wish to cancel.

  3. Cancel the Call: Click on the booking to open the sidebar with call details. Select the ‘Edit Booking’ tab and then choose ‘Cancel’. You’ll be prompted to provide a reason for cancellation.

  4. Confirm the Cancellation: After providing the reason, click ‘Cancel Booking’.

Your follower will receive an email notifying them of the cancellation. If the call was a paid one, they will receive a full refund within 3-4 days.
