Setting up priority DMs on Topmate is incredibly easy. With just a few easy steps, you can ensure that important direct messages (DMs) receive the attention they deserve.

Step 1:

Go to your account and click on Services >> Select the Option of “Add Service” on the top most bar >> Add Priority DM

Step 2:

Give your Priority DM a title & price

You can choose a title as per what you want to offer, for example:

  • Ask me anything

  • Priority DM

  • Resume Review

  • Have a question?

Next, put a price on the Priority DM depending on the time and level of expertise it would require you to invest in answering the queries related to the topic.

Step 3:

Click on Customise

Here, you can customise you Priority DM in ways you didn't know were possible:

Description

Duh! Add a description to give more details about what you're offering and what the sender can expect with this Priority DM

Pay what you Want

This feature, when enabled, lets people pay what they want for you to answer their Priority DM according to their discretion and affordability.

However, it is completely up to you if you want to keep a fixed price or use this method of getting paid.

Additional Questions

Ask people additional questions which you may need to know in order to answer their question accurately, like their background, position, experience, etc.

Time Frame

Add a time duration within which you shall get back to your audience with the answer to what they have enquired about.

We suggest to add the duration within which you are sure you will be able to get back to them in order to avoid hassle and face loss on non-delivery of the answers.

Slash Pricing

This enables you to show 2 different prices when the query is displayed on your profile:

A price higher than what you want to charge and the price you actually want to charge.
